COMMUNICATIONS:

Bob Small set off a SMART page Thursday afternoon at 13:00 to Alpha numeric and Nextel’s.  5 people didn’t not get the page.  He needs the correct PIN numbers and other information to make sure these people receive the SMART pages.  It is very important, to all members to keep Bob informed of any changes to pagers or NEXTEL’s.

John Dobner reported problems with the web site.  Additional space is needed and logging on has become a problem.  Lincoln Net isn’t living up to expectations. He asked that SMART seek another host organization for our web site at a cost not to exceed $50.00 per month.  Motion made by Art Johnson 2nd by Mike Pope.

EQUIPMENT:

Keep John updated on changes.

John Dobner gave out updates to the equipment lists and equipment books to those that were missed at the last couple meetings.  John also said that if your having problems with the software give him a call.  If you bring in your old disk to the next meeting he will update it for you.
