OLD BUSINESS:

Palos Hills requested search for the baby in landfill, but the call back number given no one answered. If you call for assistance and leave a call back number make sure you have someone there to answer the phone.

Tim has price on SMART rocker, & letterhead and gave the information to Roger Mumford, SMART President.

So far the ESDA days tentative plan is to have parade and BBQ.

NEW BUSINESS:

Question was asked, "Does anyone have people that are in 2 ESDA’s?" Most communities have a local policy that governs dual membership. This was discussed at length. You need to make a decision on what your own local policy should be.

Incident Command System Small handed out the Draft that was handed out a couple years ago, to each community. Need to discuss this at our April meeting. ICS for GSR may be different then some other calls.

ADJOURNED at 20:36 March 8, 2001. Motion by Sandy Patlak 2nd by all the John’s.
