Motion to approve previous meeting minutes by Jim Dzurny, 2^nd by John Ranieri.

CORRESPONDENCE:

Mayors & Managers safety committee meeting.

TREASURER REPORT:

The checking has $1,909.09, the money market has $1,619.37, the CD has $2,812.18, equals $6,340.64. Motion by someone 2^nd by someone else to accept treasurers' report.

Paid Communities: Cook County, Blue Island, Dolton, Hometown, Oak Forest, New Lenox, Rich Township, Riverdale, South Holland, Thornton, Tinley Park, & Will County.

COMMUNICATIONS:

Bob Small set off a SMART page on Wednesday about 14:45 PM. Currently no one knows how to get NEXTEL phones to except the SMART pages. We have to look into how we can page.

EQUIPMENT:

Keep John updated on changes.

Updated packet should be available soon.

STATE REGION 4:

Homeland Security classes going well.

Conference is April 19,20 in Springfield.

RED CROSS LIAISON:

Skip Batchler told Jim Dean & Bob Small that New Red Cross mutual aid agreements are being brought to towns.

OLD BUSINESS:

Accountability tags are being finalized by Bob Small and the committee.

NEW BUSINESS:

John Dobner will make arrangements for a December ESDA Christmas dinner.

Chief of Police Association meets the 4^th Thursday of month at the Matteson Holiday Inn. We can send a SMART representative each month at a cost of $12.50.
